Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Hall Street Ladies & Menswear, Suffolk

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return items within 28 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.

Returning from the UK

  • You may return your parcel using any postal service or courier to the address below, or bring it back to our store free of charge.

  • Return postage costs are non-refundable (unless the item was faulty or damaged).

Exchanges

  • Your first exchange per order will be sent free of charge to UK Mainland addresses.

  • If you later return an exchanged item for a refund, we reserve the right to deduct the cost of the outbound exchange postage from your refund.

  • Further exchanges (beyond the first) may incur delivery charges, which will be agreed with you before dispatch.

Refunds

  • Refunds cover the full cost of the goods plus your original standard delivery charge (if applicable).

  • Refunds will not include:

    • Return postage (unless faulty/damaged)

    • Any additional delivery services chosen at checkout (e.g. next-day delivery)

    • The cost of outbound exchange postage where an exchanged item is subsequently refunded (see “Exchanges”).

Damaged or Faulty Goods

  • If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please return it immediately for inspection.

  • We will refund all postage costs for valid damage/fault claims after inspection.

  • Do not use damaged items, as this will be considered acceptance of their condition.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Made-to-measure or altered items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
